Robert J. Berg Jr. A veteran police officer of 20 years who has significant experience in training to achieve established goals. Mr. Berg is Certified in buried remains, has been awarded two life saving awards, and one Medal of Honor award. He volunteered at the World Trade Center "Ground Zero", and has assisted multiple charities to help families in need. Mr. Berg brings integrity, the understanding and deployment of a solid training structure, and a get it done philosophy to an executive management team.
Maryann McCourtney Chief Sales Officer
Maryann Metlitz/McCourtney has 20 plus years in the leasing industry. She has had great success in implementing and developing the staff and procedures of the legal and recovery area. Maryann is now in the capacity at the same company as the regional marketing representative where she successfully developed customer relationships and oversees a $300,000,000 plus portfolio. Her strengths are being a team leader and developing successful business relationships with a strong emphasis on customer service and a strong sense of customer appreciation and loyalty. She recognizes the day to day challenges of each customer on an individual basis and addresses them with solutions.
Steve Hegge Chief Technology Officer
Steve Hegge is the Director of Systems Engineering and Technical Services for Blonder Tongue Laboratories, Inc. Steve is responsible for training, design services, Engineering services, and supporting Blonder Tongue customers through out the world, and has more than 30 years of experience in MATV, SMATV, CATV systems.
Prior to joining Blonder Tongue, Steve worked for TCI, at the time the larges cable TV company in the world as a corporate Engineer for over 20 years. Following the TCI breakup he worked for The Ethnic American Broadcasting system, and is a partner in Broadband Integrators, LLC. a SMATV and CATV consulting and design firm specializing in the educational market..
Bert Sanders Chief Information Officer
Bert Sanders is a program manager for Sensor Technologies, Inc. (STI). Bert is responsible for managing the cost, schedule, and performance of two Department of Defense (DoD) service and acquisition contracts valued at over $60M.
Prior to joining STI, Mr Sanders worked for the United States Air Force as a Communications-Electronics Officer with specialized experience in Communications Systems, Logistics, and Program Management. His background includes program management, acquisition, and logistics support for major DoD and Department of Homeland Security (DHS) communications infrastructure projects to include RF, VHF, UHF, cellular, twisted pair, fiber optic, coaxial; as well as a number of software/hardware/firmware communications suites.
Marjorie S. Stevens Chief Educational Content Officer
Marjorie Stevens serves as Principal of Whiting Elementary School in Whiting, New Jersey. She has held this position for the past twelve years. Marjorie received her B.A. in history and political science from Indiana University; a Master in Reading; and an Educational Specialist's Degree in Administration and Supervision from Rutgers University.
Marjorie began her career teaching High School Social Studies in 1971 at Franklin High School in Somerset, New Jersey. In addition to teaching in the High School, Marjorie taught in the Alternative School as well as the Middle School. During that time, she chaired a Middle States Evaluation at Franklin High School. Marjorie has also served as a Supervisor of Social Studies in Spotswood and North Brunswick before coming to Manchester Township to serve as a Vice Principal in the Middle School. She was promoted to Principal of Whiting Elementary School in 1996. Working with young children as a Principal as well as with her exceptional staff has been the most rewarding experience of Marjorie's career.
Marjorie has been a member of Phi Delta Kappa for the past twenty-seven years and has served as President of the Rutgers University Chapter. Marjorie is also a member of the Ocean County Elementary Principals' Association and helps to coordinate its annual scholarship program.
Marjorie also serves on the Manchester Township Juvenile Conference Committee as its Chairperson, working with youngsters who are first-time offenders in the context of the juvenile justice system.
Marjorie is a member of the Lakehurst-Manchester Rotary Club and is a past Paul Harris Award recipient. She was instrumental in initiating service clubs in the Manchester Township Middle School and elementary schools, respectively known as the Impact Club and Junior Impact Club. She also initiated the Octagon Club at Spotswood High School. She is extremely proud to work with Rotarians in conjunction with the schools to support service learning.
Kenneth J. Schneider Chief Child Safty Officer
Kenneth J. Schneider is a highly motivated and driven child and family advocate. He has worked and volunteered in organizations surrounding children's safety, education, and the unification of families for over 12 years. Mr. Schneider has a B.A. in Business Administration from Flagler College, M.A. in Exercise Physiology from the University of Central Florida, and has been certified as a Child Advocate from Montclair State University. Mr. Schneider currently works for the Division of Youth and Family Services in the Adolescent Unit for the state of New Jersey. Through-out his career Mr. Schneider's ability to communicate and multitask has helped him to interlace effectively with law enforcement, school districts, families, children, non-profits, and government agencies.
Liora L. McCourtney Sr. Vice President
Liora L. McCourtney is an energetic, creative, and successful educator with over 17 years of experience. Liora graduated William Patterson University with a B.A. in Elementary Education / Sociology and receiver her teaching certificate in 1992. Liora continued her education and attended Rutgers University from 1992 to 1998 to fulfill the requirements to obtain a State of New Jersey Math Certificate. In 1999 Liora passed the Praxis II certification test and received her New Jersey Math Certification.
Liora has taught in multiple school districts through-out the state of New Jersey and has learned each districts managerial philosophy. She is currently a tenured 7th grade math teacher who continuously goes the extra mile to make sure her students understand the lessons being taught. Liora consistently receives exemplary reviews from her supervisors and piers at Central Regional Middle School.
Darryl McKeeby Sr. Vice President
Darryl McKeeby is an aggressive business development specialist with over fourteen years experience. He currently owns and operates a hotel, restaurant and catering facility, which employs over fifty people in the community. Mr. McKeeby has highly developed communication, negotiating, and problem solving skills with the added ability to effectively multitask. Mr. Mckeeby has worked with many organizations including The American Cancer Society, Bon Secours Community Hospital, Tri-State Chamber of Commerce, Elks No. 645 and the Red Cross. He has organized and continues organize events to help families in crisis, helping others and giving back to the community is very important to Mr. McKeeby.
Darryl and his wife Jeanine have been together over ten years and have two children. His wife teaches math, English and special education for Port Jervis school district. Mr. McKeeby works with many school organizations including the DARE program, pop-Warner, little league, tri-state wresting and fundraising comities for after school activities.

Dan McCaughin has been in Sales, Sales Management, and Sales Consulting since 1979. President Richard M. Nixon appointed Dan to the United States Naval Academy in 1970 after he won one of 200 national Presidential Appointments. He spent four years at Annapolis studying engineering and playing baseball for Navy. In 1974, President Nixon handed Dan his commission as an Ensign in the U.S. Navy and his Engineering degree a mere three months before President Nixon left office because of the Watergate scandal. Dan spent five years in the 3rd and 7th U.S. Naval Fleets as a Line Officer on a Navy Destroyer and later as a Tactical Warfare Instructor who briefed Navy Admirals and their staffs on Soviet tactics and capabilities during the Cold War. Dan went on to earn his MBA degree from Chapman College before leaving the Navy to begin his sales career with IBM Corporation. During his time with IBM, he served as a Naval Liaison Officer with the 3rd Anglico Airborne Marine Division as a reserve officer.
