1. Teacher Communication Suite Software

   Teacher Communication Suite was developed to extract teachers from the "endless loop" of attempting to establish contact with parents regarding the progress of their child.  Using the TCS technology platform, teachers maintain their electronic grade book (grades, homework, general information, behavior, and etc.) can instantly and automatically communicate students' progress to the parents via Email, text messaging, paging, VOD, and Voice Over Internet Protocol (VoiP).  Positive contact and communication are verified. 
   
   TCS software maintains an archive of all communications sent to the home including the addressee, the mode of communication, date, time, and subject matter.  Parents are kept informed of all issues affecting their child's performance and teachers are relieved of the arduous and time consuming aspects of parental communication. 
   
   The next time a parent implies, "I didn't know my child was failing" or "How could I have known that a homework assignment was due?", you will simply click on the child's record in the TCS system and reveal the date, time, and means of the parental notification.  If challenged, with the click of a mouse ,you can immediately re-send the archived communication to the parent while you are speaking. 
   
   On average formal Parent/Teacher conferences are conducted two to four times per year depending on the school district.  With TCS's software platform the Parent/Teacher conference is every school day.  Academic and social performance becomes fact-focused and Parental finger pointing about not being notified is eliminated.  With TCS, parents and teachers establish an automated, seamless, and verifiable communication link.  Student accountability is now established both in the classroom and in the home.  Parental involvement improves because the parent knows they are "in the loop."  The teacher has more time to do what we as parents want them to do.......teach! 
   
   TCS is also developing a tool to assist school districts with improving standardized test scores, TCS is developing an online trivia game.  Our solution, "Test to Achieve", is an online trivia challenge formatted as a game. This allows students to be tested on subject matter currently being taught in the classroom as a fun alternative to the traditional teaching methodology of lecture, review, and then test.

   "Test to Achieve" is structured in a manner to accomplish six (6) goals:

   1. Provide a fun and practical learning environment to challenge students.
   2. Provide students with positive feedback. Allowing them to achieve higher test scores.
   3. Provide teachers instant results allowing them to tutor their students in real time.
   4. Provide friendly competition between students, districts, and states.
   5. Provide a means to standardize the core curriculum taught throughout the United States.
   6. Provide a necessary tool to assist school districts with the No Child Left Behind Act (NCLB). A federal mandate.     

      
   Most importantly, the child will have the support, both in the classroom and in the home, to improve their academic performance and the academic foundation allowing them to succeed in the future.

   The Education Connection Network is an IPTV broadcasting company dedicated to the educational success and positive growth of children and their families.  The network provides online video tutoring services that correspond with lessons being taught in the classroom.  ECN provides IPTV programming that promotes teamwork, the building of strong moral character and social success.

4. Teacher TelCom

   Teacher TelCom is an international telecommunications company offering voice, video and data services specializing in helping school districts, educational institutions and educators reduce the cost of their telecommunication services.  Teacher Telcom has established relationships with global telcom providers to help drive down the cost of services utilizing VoiP and video compression technologies.

5. Get to Know Green
   
   

   Get to Know Green is a an alternative energy consulting firm that focuses on the education and sales of clean renewable energy solutions for school districts. Deploying cost effective clean energy solutions including solar, wind, geothermal, and increasing conservation efforts can eliminate energy costs.   
   School districts have a unique opportunity to be on the forefront of energy independence. Educators and educational institutions have an extremely important role in solving our nation's long term energy crisis. Teachers have the ability to lead by example and show K-12 children the importance of conservation and the utilization of alternative clean energy. The future leaders of our nation are in today's classrooms.
   
   Many school districts are perfect candidates for the deployment of solar energy. School district facilities, on average, have reduced energy demands on weekends, holidays and during the hot summers months. Utilization of solar energy as a clean energy alternative allows school districts to produce more clean energy than they consume; thus, eliminating/reducing electric bills, reducing/eliminating carbon emissions and return clean energy to the community. By educating our future leaders and leading by example today we will assist the United States achieve its goal of carbon neutrality.

6. Project Space Shuttle

   A collaborative effort between Teacher Communication Suite and the NASA Office of Education.  This hands-on curriculum is being developed to help the educational community stress the importance of math, science, and teamwork for K-8 students.  Through the use of a Mobile Space Shuttle Flight Simulator and a Mission Control Simulator students will take on the task of launching a space mission from conception to completion.  Students will develop hands on practical experience in math and science with a strong understanding of the teamwork involved in a successful space launch.
   
   
7. Tools that help teachers develop stronger lesson plans with more hands-on activities.  Resources can be found in the Teacher’s Resource Center, and the Teacher’s Lounge.



8. “30 minutes a day to save America” is a social initiative that encourages parents to spend thirty minutes a day with their children doing learning-conducive activities.  Activities that parents can do with their children may be as simple as reading a book, doing a puzzle, or helping the child study for a test.  Just thirty minutes a day equates to an additional 3.3 years of education.
